Scratch on table made good by Overstock!!!!!!
One of the (many) things I like about Overstock.com is their customer service people/policies. As soon as we notified them of a product defect they got back to us immediately & gave us a credit to fix the gouge in the top of the table where it was very noticeable. The wood is strong and the table is well made. I know Overstock will always stand by their products! LOVE YOU GUYS.....
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Perfectly (red)
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. There was a deep gouge mark made by manufacturer-packing was secure & no damage there. Overstock made good by allowing us $ to buy wood caulking & varnish to cover the white streak made by what looks to be a knife. Quality of wood otherwise is good, table is perfect for our small condo deck. Liked it so much we are purchasing another same product.
