If I had known about the condition of the chairs beforehand I would not have ordered them, It will take about 8 - 10 hours of work to finish off the chairs so they can be used.

great chairs
the wood on this furniture is really beautiful; i came back and purchased the round bistro table also. Have the steamer chaises as well; for the price, you can't beat this furniture which is comparable to teak at half the price.

These chairs are just what we were looking for! They arrived quickly, undamaged and fully assembled! They look just as represented on the site. They are comfortable enough, but will probably be more so with some cushions. Thanks again Overstock!

Great Chair
These are fantastic chairs, very sturdy, heavy and compact. I did have to stain them to match my other chairs, but they turned out fantastic. Am really happy with my purchase.

Solid, quality chairs for the price
For the price, these chairs are well worth the money. I wasn't quite sure what to expect and purchased two sets of two based solely on the good reviews this item has received. I was not disappointed . However, the chairs will need another coat of polyurethane and one came with a splinter right on the seat area - not enough of a problem to return, but certainly a nasty accident waiting to happen for anyone in shorts sitting on that chair!
