Sauna was quick and easy to assemble. Arrived in three large boxes that were heavy and bulky and packed very well. Unloaded them in part outside to more easily move contents around. Biggest concern was the electricity used to run the sauna would go up considerably. Not so.. in about one month of use every other day for an hour, the electric bill went up under $10.00. So looks to be very economical. Had questions and called Royals 1 800 number to speak to a rep. Again a good experience. Have told several friends about the sauna and deal at "O". ltnm
