great buy
I've been looking for a towel warmer for awhile now and they're pretty expensive, so when I saw this I thought I'd give it a try and see if I like it. Its great, well put together it feels a little cheap but doesn't look it or act like it. It's well worth the price.............

Super Disappointed
I turned it on; hung a towel on it; went back hours later only to find the portion of the towel closest to the unit was barely warm and the rest of the towel was not warm at all. I also thought I wouldn't mind the on/off switch at the bottom, but it is a huge inconvenience. Because some reviews state that it works well and others state that it does not work at all, I am guessing that the manufacturing and/or quality control of this product is inconsistent; or they send the returns to Overstock to sell.

works great. I may have it hard-wired and wall mounted, but for now, it's fine as is. My husband said he doesn't think it heats the towels enough. But, it does in my opinion, but it takes at least 20 minutes. So, if you turn it on and get in a 5 minute shower, it's not going to be warm.

Not so hot towel warmer.
I recieved it in very quick time. It is very easy to put up on its stand. I have not put it on my bathroom wall, as I want to be able to move it around. It is smooth, so does not hurt anything that is on it. The stand is a bit flimsy and feels like it will come loose eventually. The 'ON' switch is inside one leg of the warmer. It is down low and a little bit annoying to have to bend down to switch it on. It is covered with a silicon cover to stop moisture getting in. It is a little difficult to turn on. Not enough that you cannot turn it on, just enough to delay you when you are in a hurry. The warmer warms the towel, but only warm, not toasty. You need to put your towel on the rack about 15 minutes before your shower as it is slow to warm up. Having said all that, it was a great price and it does work, just not as terrific as I had expected. It is not that I would not recommend this warmer, I would just say look around first.

Try finding one like this at this price - I did!
Ordered last week, and just opened the box last night, I don't even have it fully assembled, it's very nice, warmed my towels literally in minutes this morning. I searched for a towel warmer locally and online and couldn't touch one for under $100, this is a true bargain!

Towel warmer
Not sure of the warming feature because I- haven't plugged It in. Overall not planning to put it in the bathroom because it doesn't match the fixtures. Currently it's in my walk in closet

This towel rack does not heat the entire towel.
I'm very disappointed in this towel rack. The entire towel does not even begin to get warm. Only the part of the towel over the top rack gets warm. This purchase was a bust!

towel warmer
It is slow to warm, so if you want a warm towel when you get out of the shower, start it warming right away. It doesn't get hot, which is fine because you won't burn yourself. It is a warmer - it takes the chill off the towel which works fine for me. It is a great product for the price. It works well for what I was looking for.

bad choice
wouldn't recommend because the cord is too short to reach any plugs, and i don't want to have a giant extension cord laying on the floor in my bathroom. they heated up nicely the couple times i tried it, which is why i gave the 'fair' rating. i also find the rows of racks are too close together to get 2 towels on it and both heated up. would prefer to return them but they're already attached on the wall. i'd pass on these.
