Royal carpet extractor is a commercial grade carpet cleaner with dual suction nozzles that give you a faster drying, cleaner carpet. The cleaner brushes rotate in opposite directions from each other to give the carpet a cleaner more thorough scrub.

The soap dispenser automatically adjusts the measurements needed for the output when your cleaning your carpets. Once the soap is mixed perfectly with the clean water, you can use the easily accessible button by switching modes with the push of a finger. Once you're all done shampooing the rug, you can then blast it with another round of water to get the rest of the shampoo left in the rug that could attract dirt and dust again.

We've had this carpet extractor for over 6 months now and have used it about 5 times. It's very user-friendly and durable. We just use white vinegar and hot water and it gets the carpet clean naturally. Our apartment has wall-to-wall beige carpeting, so it's wonderful to be able to pull out our cleaner whenever we want and do a little spot cleaning if an area gets dirty. It cleans a large portion of carpet without needing to refill the water, and it also gets the carpet dry enough so that it dries naturally with no problem, at least in California's drier climate. It's very easy to fill the parts which take the water and soap (we just use water in the soap compartment.) The soap dispenser has to be filled for the cleaning to take place/carpet to get wet. I think there might be some people who didn't figure out how to get the cleaning to work but you just need to make sure the soap dispenser has liquid in it and you have the correct switches on when you're cleaning with it. Trust me--I'm not a techie and am so glad this cleaner is simple to use! This is one of those purchases that I'm SO GLAD we made. Thanks Royal for an excellent quality product.

We have a german shepherd who "tends" to have muddy feet. lol No lets admit it, he tracks in everything on the kakhi colored carpet. I was really hoping this would be my solution. It works well, but it doesn't seem to clean some spots like I'd hoped. It is a great machine though. It runs quiet, it's easily to fill and clean up. I'm hoping as I get more experience with what the right "speed" is to clean, I'll have better luck with those stubborn spots.

I have looked for a "good" carpet cleaner and read all the reviews and was very excited about this find. But this machine performs poorly - I thought it might be user error so I've re-read the directions, but it's not. I did not pick up at the order time that you HAD to use their shampoo and by the time I ordered and received the shampoo it was close to the return expire date. Then the machine has poor suction - very disappointing.

This is a great carpet cleaner. Very easy to use and clean after use. The front extractor piece comes off which makes it so easy to get hair and fuzz out of. It has great suction so the carpet gets clean and dries quickly. I have had 3 other carpet cleaners, and this one is at the top for cleaning ability and ease of use. I don't know about durability since it has been used only 3 times so far

i HAVE USED MY NEW CLEANER TWO TIMES, THE FIRST TIME IT WORKED BEAUTIFULLY, THE CARPETS DRY REALLY FAST. THE SECOND TIME IT LEAKED OUT THE SIDE AND WOULD NOT STOP, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
