The Royal A513 Whirlpool Bath Tub is just gorgeous. We haven't hooked it up yet, but the features are fantastic. My complaint isn't with the tub itself, but with the delivery from Overstock.com. The tub arrived at our house with all of the legs of the tub bent in different directions. It is crucial that the legs be intact as they connect dirctly to the body of the tub. The warehouse that packaged the tub did a very poor job. It was packaged in a very flimsy box which should have been supported underneath. Overstock.com was very good about sending a replacement out very quickly and the replacement tub only had a few very minor scratches. So, 5 stars on the tub .... 2 stars on the warehouse's ability to package properly and ship safely.
