The commercial steamer arrived within a few days. It was a refurbished product, and everything looked in order and seems to work just fine. My only concern was that it showed up with a crack in the plastic water container, but it is not big enough to cause a leak. The product works really well, and is a great alternative to ironing. The steamer won't get your items of clothing totally crisp as an iron can, but it is an amazing alternative when you are on the go or not feeling motivated to iron.
