Very impressed by the deep red color (not bright) and the weight....quite heavy for the price. Leather is very soft.

I am rather picky, and this ottoman is great; the quality is impeccable, and it looks smashin. I have a typical "French" home: some contemporary pieces mixed with antiques, and this piece fits right in, so I think it would fit in any decor. FYI, the wooden parts (feet and tray) are black.

Love it! Color is a deeper shade and more beautiful than in picture. Well made and practical item. Sturdy enough to use as footstool and comfortable for extra seating.

Overall I'm happy with this stool. Color was a little darker than picture, but I kind of expected it to be. Only real complaint I have about it is my gf took over the storage inside soon as I showed her how it opened up. 8/

Bought this ottoman for the family room. Not too big so it was just right to use to prop feet while reading in front of the fireplace. Quality and color are just right. Nifty top lifts off and flips over to a tray which we used when decorating the tree. Happy with this purchase!

I'm thinking about getting one or two more. I bought it for a specific spot in my home, before I could get it there, I found several other places it works.

The box arrived on the scheduled date as specified in the shipping notice. First I noticed how well it was packed. It was wrapped in protective paper. The legs had styrofoam protectors over them. Then the entire ottoman was inside a mesh drawstring bag. The ottoman was in perfect condition. I have used it for a few weeks now and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I never write these things but I just have to: Arrived within 48 hours of ordering, packed beautifully and they are better than described. A fabulous red, amazing quality...just can't say enough about the whole experience.

For the price, I expected an undamaged piece of furniture and one of the legs is severely damaged. On the plus side, I do like the inside storage option along with the tray.

This ottoman was maybe the first time a product I ordered online actually exceeded my hopes. The color is gorgeous -- a deep rich red, not candy apple or tomato-y. The product is very high quality -- the picture actually does not do it justice. It is now a focal point in my living room. I totally love it. It also shipped much more quickly than I expected -- I ordered it on Thursday and I got it on Monday afternoon! (I selected the normal $2.95 shipping, not expedited or anything.) I bought two of these round storage ottomans for my family room because I wanted a "coffee table" that my toddler wouldn't bump her head on. They work beautifully and are so sharp looking! I get lots of admiring comments on them. The color is a beautiful deep red - not too dark and not too bright.

This little ottoman has it all. It's a footrest, storage box, and a serving tray all in one. Perfect size: not too big but not too small, and very stylish.

This ottoman is versitile, well built and wonderful looking. A seat or a table, plus storage. I paired it with another of different color and shape, and the result is great. It worked for me in my small study much better than a coffee table, which would have been too bulky and only serve one purpose. These aren't inexpensive, but two ottomans were cheaper than one table. Extra seating, roomy storage, optional tray top. Just a great choice. I am very happy, and would recommend to anyone.
