When we received the table after getting the chairs, the stains didn't match. The chairs were more of a red/orange color and the table was more weathered and brown. We also noticed a few cracks in the table top. I contacted costumer service and they sent us a new table quickly with no charge and we were even able to keep the damage one. I was very pleased with their service and response. The set looks great on our deck and we are very happy with the purchase.
