Ordered 2 of these for use in charity fundraisers. My biggest mistake was not inspecting these units for 8 months, that's my fault. When I did get around to inspecting them, one was so bent up as to be completely useless due to shipping damage. Second unit was somewhat useful, however, the front rollers thermostat was completely jacked up. I have the choice of "burn the cr*p out of it" to "Stone dead cold". Not that the shipping boxes did not show any gross problems, else I WOULD have inspected them sooner. The units look fine, and present well. However, the lack of structural integrity means that even the slightest mishandling will result in a non-functional unit. I would be miles ahead had I simply donated the $400 these units cost rather than hoping for a better result in cooking hotdogs. If you do order one of these units, I strongly advise that you completely, thoroughly, and PROMPTLY inspect them and return any that fail to meet expectations. Caveat Emptor!
