This coverlet at first glance does look a bit like a movers blanket. The tones seem a bit more subdued than the picture. I am putting it in a spare bedroom and plan to play off of the plain, funkiness of it.

The perfect quilt for my son's room. He is all about space and the walls are painted grey and blue so this quilt matches perfectly! Its the right weight for down south, its forgiving color works for a young boy of 9 and it blends in without being too much against the giant space mural. And the price was too good to pass by!

I have been searching for 12 months for a coverlet that would be light weight but heavy enough for cold weather in the South.. The colors are a light gray with a charcoal gray with a band of blue. It would have been nice if the 3 colors were evenly distributed, but the blue and charcoal color use only about 1/3 of the coverlet..

The color was definitely not blue. In one of the reviews someone commented that it had some green in it. Well, I saw no blue or green. It seemed to be all shades of gray. I kept it because it was such a good buy for the quality. I have one room I can put it in where color will not matter (wood floor, white walls, etc.). I cannot use it in the room I purchased it for because the color.

The coverlet we got is great, it's not as heavy as a comferter but it holds in heat. My husband was always complaining about how heavy the comferter was that we had and now he says that he loves what we have. I am very happy with this product.

I was shocked and surprised that when I opened the package, the material had some stains on it. It looked like dirt and when one spot had what appeared to be a lipstick stain. I had to wash it before using it. I know I could have probably sent it back, but did not want to bother bringing it to the post office. I was very disappointed.

I purchased this quilt set in blue for one of my sons and I also purchased this set in brown for myself. I was excited when they arrived and so were both of my sons. Needless to say the brown one was claimed by my other son. I imagine they are pleased and comfortable since they wrap themselves up in these quilts every night. The fabric quality was okay, however, I did expect the colors to be more vibrant. Can't tell you how they actually feel, but they sure were an excellent value.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BASIC LIGHT-WEIGHT OR SUMMER-WEIGHT QUILTED BEDSPREAD AND SHAM SET, THIS SET IS GREAT. I PURCHASED A SET FOR MY DAUGHTER'S 16TH ANNIVERSARY AND ANOTHER SET FOR MYSELF. THE COLORS RANGE FROM A SLATE BLUE TO A LIGHT GRAY. I WASN'T SURE ABOUT THE COLORS BUT ONCE IT WAS ON THE BED IT LOOKED GREAT AND WAS JUST WHAT I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR. THE MATCHING SHAMS WERE A BONUS FOR THE PRICE.

This set is a steal for the money. I wanted something that was less bulky than a comforter, and this is perfect. It's well made and the colors are really good together, although it is much more gray than blue. I think it looks best with simple white sheets. I ordered the full/queen for the full-size bed in my guest room, and it fits great. Since I can sew, I made a bedskirt and valances that are white with a dark gray stripe around the bottom, and the whole room really looks great. I was so impressed with the value that I went back and bought a different quilt set for my master bedroom!

I ordered this for use on my futon. It dresses it up as a cover when using the futon as a couch. It looks nice as a coverlet with the shams added when folded out as a bed.. I washed and dried it twice and it stayed true to size. You can't go wrong with this one.
