Not that good
from Miami, FL,  May 30, 2009

I bought these and hung them up on my pot rack and they looked very nice. However they are extremely difficult to maintain. I used medium heat to cook up some eggs and becon the first time. The copper outside discolored instantly. No matter how I tried to clean it, both inside and outside were all discolored. I did some research online and this seems to be a very common issue for cookware with copper materials. Now the pan looks very ugly with a blackish base rather than a shinny copper base. I'm not particularly happy with the performance either.

Nice starter set,,,,,
from las vegas,  Jun 7, 2009

Of course this is no high end cookware set, but they get the job done. As far as spots, stains, etc., I use BarKeepers Friend which polishes them up to almost like new. You would have the same situation with any stainless steel cookware and even more with copper. But you can restore the finish with BK Friend. Sure it's extra work, but I enjoy cooking, and seeing shiny pots on my pot rack inspires. And they heat/cook pretty well, too. These will do fine until I can afford a high end cookware set.

Flaws
 from NJ,  May 13, 2009

This set burns very easily which creates smoke and residue that is very hard to clean. Good thing about this set is the great assortment of pieces, but they are not so easy to clean and the weights are not as heavy as my old ones.

Simple is good
from Buffalo, NY,  Apr 11, 2010

These pans are exactly what you would expect. Nothing too complicated, simple stainless steel with copper bases for better heat distribution. No fancy teflon here, but that stuff scares me anyways. Obviously, the chance of having something stick is greater with non teflon pans. However, pay attention to what your cooking and not only will it come out better, you won't have a burnt pan on your hands. With that in mind and a little elbow grease they are easy to clean and take care of. Definitely worth the price, I have had them for a year and can't think of any complaints.

spots
from Albuquerque, NM,  May 27, 2009

The pots and pans after the first use got spots on them that I am sure I could remove if I really worked at it but who wants to do that after just a couple of uses? They work well. The appearance of them is just not as good as I would like. They of course were beautiful when I received them

Fine Cookware
from Norfolk, VA,  May 25, 2009

I am enjoying using my Revere copper cookware. The set looks expensive and the copper bottom is a nice contrast to the stainless steel. It is important to read the usage instructions so that you can take care of your cookware, avoid burning food, & damaging the cookware. The pots and pans have good weight, but are not too heavy. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great pots & pans!
from North Platte, NE,  Apr 26, 2009

These seem to be high quality pots & pans. All but the smallest saute pan have a lid. Great purchase!
