I can't believe this set only had one otehr review!!...I bought this set over two years ago for my then boyfriend, now fiance....we just moved into our first home together and these dishes are one of the first things we unpacked....we use them everyday and they are great...i have used metal on the non stick before (i know, huge no no), and they continue to clean and cook great even despite some small scratches...i think this set is well worth the money...with everything i HAVE to and WANT to replace having a new home, I am glad that these pots are stylish enough and durable enough that they are not on that list

Great starter set - or just to add to your pots and pans collection. Not gourmet or "name droppers" but more like old fashion "workhorses". I own three sets of these Revere cookware sets. They are heavy and very functional. You will not be disappointed. After buying a set for a weekend home - and just loving the weight and clean up - I bought two more sets; one for my home and another for the houseboat. You will need to buy a small saucepan to round out the portfolio. The lids on this set have a perforated side and the pans have a spout like edge - together they work like a colander. I'll probably buy a couple more sets for future shower gifts.
