Since I bought the faucet and my husband put it in these are his words : The instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. There was a problem with where the washers go on the stopper. All went well and it looks beautiful and would highly recommed this faucet. It also was a very good value.

This faucet is a great deal... very solid feel to the valves... very solid mount to our pedestal sink. No problem at all assembling and installing it myself. The only weakness at all, which I scored as Appearance=4 instead of 5 in this review, is the finish. It's a painted and buffed/distressed finish. I was looking for something more close to oil-rubbed, which would continue to change with touch over time (becomes polished due to human touch, remaining more flat sheen elsewhere). I would DEFINITELY recommend this faucet to others, and I would buy other similar faucets and accessories from Overstock that seem to match.

I'm thrilled with my purchase of these faucets. I bought two of them, for both my bathrooms. There was a piece missing in each box, but when I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful and sent the missing part right away. My plumber had no trouble at all installing them, in fact he said it was the easiest faucet installation he had done in a long time. And he commented on the superior quality of the faucet.

Installation was difficult. took my plumber an hour. Screws too long had to be cut to fit. Water line too short and kept crimping. Had to use diffrent lines. Also, arrived with a piece missing. Called the company and they are sending replacement piece. Otherwise woorks and looks good.
