The color is beautiful and the shape is so cool.. It also works great! I love this product! The shipping was timely and everything was packed well. The teapot actually heats water very quickly! Its also beautiful when its just sitting on the stove.
I have not used this tea kettle except as decor--that's important to make clear, because other reviews note that there is no whistle. I gave this kettle five stars for how beautiful it is. It's what you'd call
I had been looking for orange accessories for my new kitchen and was very happy to find this teapot that matched. It is quite small, but I really have it out for show. The color is very vibrant and it looks really nice. I was a little disappointed with the plastic handle but i don't really use it so it is not a big problem for me. Overall it was a great find!
all in all a nice little kettle, the size is perfect for my use, but- the spout could be a little longer and have a liitle bigger opening. it has very sharp parts were the handle is attached to the kettle and the handle gets hot so need a potholder
The orange of this little guy is VERY bright and deep! Excellent colour! No whistle, which I knew by reading other reviews on this product and by studying the picture, but that makes it important to keep and eye on it while heating so you know when it's boiling which is inconvenient for some! Great design, looks excellent sitting on the stove in my retro Colonial Copper 1960's kitchen! If you want a tea for two kettle for everyday use that is charming and handsome, this is the one!
was exactly as descibed and arrived quickly. i would recommend overstock.com to anyone . this was a gift and the color of this kettle is very difficult to find It was bright orange.
I have wanted my kitchen cookery to be orange, and in my haste I did not see beyond the "orange" in this teapot. What I needed was a kettle. To be fair, this one is cute, just not big enough and no sign when the water is boiled.
This little teapot is adorable, and bright orange --just what I wanted. But it arrived with a little piece of plastic on its snout, and when that comes off, there's no whistle. Is that the whistle? How could that work? No literature enclosed with an explanation. I bought this to match the orange pots/pans I just got, and ended up putting it on hanging pot rack for show. Not for use. It's tiny, and if it doesn't whistle, I'd burn my house down. So I can really only recommend this as a decoration at this point. My old chrome tea kettle, large and safe handled, with a loud whistle has kept its place on my stove.
