Reno Sleigh Arm Queen Futon Frame

You know the manufacture is not concerned with quality when the pieces are missing and the product is defective upon arrival. The instructions might as well have been in Chinese. The drawings in the instructions are horrible. The pics of the tools included are equally so. Very difficult to discern the screws by the drawings... only by count, but wait... parts are missing. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Thought I was getting a deal but it was just overall a cheap product.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality of the product is cheap. One of the legs was bent and the pieces were missing. Even though I did not get to put it together, I could tell that the springs of the frame were not going last. If the frame is going to be used often it will just be a matter of time before it will be sunk in.

This is a good frame and looks nice. Makes a good bed/sofa combination

Product was not well made - one piece came in the box bent and had to be replaced. The bolt holes did not align well. The frame pieces did not line up without some modifications. I would not purchase this item again nor recomend the item to anyone.

I should have read some of the previous reviews more closely. This product was ridiculously difficult to assemble. It came with directions for a different futon which made it seem impossible. I had to call the manufacturer five times to get the correct directions for all of the different steps. (Even if I had had the correct directions it would have been difficult- the directions were contradictory and the pics were hard to see.) By the end of the day, and yes it took me several hours, I was exhausted and unsure whether it would fall apart the first time I sat on it. Now, for the good news, it does seem quite sturdy and we haven't had any problems with it thus far.
