Reno Full Futon Sleigh Arm Frame/ Premier Mattress Futon Set

Sorry guys. This is a great value and looks wonderful, but it is impossible to put together. The parts aren't finely crafted, and it's still sitting in the corner while we try to figure out how to jam together the connecting parts that wont fit. The frame is slightly off alignment and things don't fit!! Do we send it back or try to use sledgehammers to get the pieces in? Can anyone help me with suggestions?

We found the futon frame difficult to put together. The pieces didn't always fit together perfectly, so it took some bending and pulling at times. We ordered two of these. One of them came with two left arms. I called the company immediately to have them send the appropriate piece, but it has been almost 3 weeks, and we still don't have the right arm. The futon we were able to assemble looks nice and is pretty comfortable, despite the difficulty of putting it together. The mattress tends to slip a bit.

First of all, the mattress is fine. The assembly was extremely difficult and I felt like I had to keep adding nut locks to get the screws to fit almost appropriately. The instructions weren't clear (like WHEN to add nut locks and where the washers were needed I was certain this was not going to hold up for very long, and true to my suspicion, found a nut on the floor about 30 minutes after assembly.The frame converts from couch position to flat position very easily UNLESS THE MATTRESS IS ON IT!!! We literally have to pull the mattress off to convert this thing to a bed, which is absolutely ridiculous.Aside from the mattress, this is a piece of junk! I see the frame in the trash really soon!

It arrived quickly as almost everything does from O. The appearance isn't exactly dazzling, but for the price and my needs it's just fine -- second guest room/my study. It seems to be quite comfortable. My husband, the assembly man, said some of the welds were a little rough. We had to switch the end bolts from the instructed way of assembly.If I want more pazzaz, I'll order another cover from the choices on Overstock. Good product for the price.
