At first glance, I was really unsure how this was going to look..... Just an fyi, it is definately dark brown or as it is labeled-coffee. To me, the picture looked olive green. It is super soft and really "upscales" our bedroom. I also purchased the Kristie Medallion Cotton Duvet Set in Honey (it has a light golden background with brown designs) to go under the comforter- I pull back the coffee comforter so the duvet is exposed and it really adds some color. Enjoy!.
