Remote Vehicle Alarm System

It's easy enough to install but it's very limited, for one it's not very loud under the hood and their advise seems to discourage installation in the grill, they should have traded the worthless shock senor for a motion sensor, I say worthless because the first jolt and they get a warning, so if they knock the window out first thing and climb in it rather than opening the door the alarm will never sound, this was done resently not far from me, several cars in one night, so apparently this alarm isn't the only one lacking in this area and again the alarm is so low it wouldn't matter you can't hear it inside unless your parked ten feet from the door and sleeping next to it. Also the alarm tone is goofy at best, closer to someone's ring tone than an alarm, heck the car finder sounds more alarming and it even slightly louder than the alarm. I'd say either trade the shock sensor for a motion sensor or add one, either disable the shock warning or allow the consumer to, change the alarm to something that actually sounds like someone should be concerned rather than looking around at everyone else wonder wos ring tone that is and either seal the unit so it can be mounted in the grill and or make it louder as well or allow an optional addon speak to be added later that could be mounted in the grill, fix the car finder so that it works when the alarm is not set and this would be a great product. Aside from that it is good for something, people may hear you set it and decide not to mess with your vehicle, but the set tone is low too, probably great in the summer if their windows are down. The signal from the remote to the unit is good, but the car finder doesn't work if you didn't set the alarm. Short version, spend a little more and get something you can hear.
