Great recommendation. My steamboy arrived in just a few days. I assembled the product without directions (just a few parts). It heats up very quickly and the mop head soaks up the steam after it cleans the floor. I used it on porcelain tile, worked exactly as described. Lightweight too.

very nice I had an H2o steamer that I brought from QVC and it broke within months so I saw the steamboy mop and decided to try it. I'm glad I did because it it sooo good. Works well and I like it even more than the H20. The color is pretty and watery looking, I dont miss that "Grinch " green that the h20 mop was, and it works better and cost less. I'm very satisfied . A positive new experience Being my first floor steam cleaner I really didn't know what to expect. The cord is plenty long & the water doesn't need to be refilled as often as the one I initially borrowed from my neighbor. Yes, like one review says, it leaves the floor a little wet. That didn't bother me much. Because if you went over it an extra time or 2 without adding the steam, that seemed to help. I really liked that fact that it was made in the USA. I would recommend buying extra cleaning pads, as depending on your job, they do get rather dirty quickly.

Hot Stuff!! Great little mop. I paid more for this than previous ones I've purchased elsewhere, but decided to go for quality. Mopped all hard surface floors with one tank of water, unlike other steam mops I've had. Water tank is a little tricky to remove and replace, otherwise very pleased.
