I ordered this based on the reviews of others. When I received it I understood exactly what they meant. Assembly is as easy as 1-2-3. You stand it up, open the side arms and pull down the shelves. It fits the decor of my newly remodeled guest bath perfectly and is sturdy for it's size and my needs. Three large bath towels fit in each shelf. The color is true as well. I recommend it to all.
This was perfect! Exactly as pictured, delivered on time and a piece of cake to assemble. It looks so cute next to my piano to hold music, or could go on patio where it matches my new bistro set!
These shelves look stained and rusted. They also have cracks in the paint. I don't know if this item was suppose to have an aged look, but it wasn't discribed that way in the description. It just looks like poor quality. Guess you can expect that from junk from China.
When I received the Reflections 3-Tier rack, the triangle mirror in the back was broke.I tried to reach the vendor via e-mail, but that did not work. I called the 800 number and did talk to a representative. I explained the situation and she said she "would try" to see if they could send another mirror. I did receive another mirror in the mail. However, the new mirror will not fit into the space provided. It seems to be off approx. 1/8" on 1 side, and will not fit into the frame provided. I think the metal space made for the mirror must have been defective, not made in the right dimensions. Therefore, when they tried to force the mirror in, it cracked. Now the normal mirror part will not fit, due to the incorrect shape.
