These shelves look stained and rusted. They also have cracks in the paint. I don't know if this item was suppose to have an aged look, but it wasn't discribed that way in the description. It just looks like poor quality. Guess you can expect that from junk from China.

When I received the Reflections 3-Tier rack, the triangle mirror in the back was broke.I tried to reach the vendor via e-mail, but that did not work. I called the 800 number and did talk to a representative. I explained the situation and she said she "would try" to see if they could send another mirror. I did receive another mirror in the mail. However, the new mirror will not fit into the space provided. It seems to be off approx. 1/8" on 1 side, and will not fit into the frame provided. I think the metal space made for the mirror must have been defective, not made in the right dimensions. Therefore, when they tried to force the mirror in, it cracked. Now the normal mirror part will not fit, due to the incorrect shape.

I bought this to use for a baker's rack, rather than in my bathroom. The shelves are very far apart, it would be nice if they used all that space for four shelves rather than three. There's a little mirrored section in the back that doesn't show in the picture that's pretty. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

My bathroom is small and I just did not have the space to store the beautiful new towels I had purchased.I had exactly 20 inches between the sink cabinet and the door to my bedroom. This just fit that space.It holds LOTS of towels and wash clothes, and it looks beautiful.It was worth the time I spent checking through all those pages of similar items at Overstock to find this, and I thought it was a great bargain!It is a study metal-easy to assemble(no real assembly to it) and will last forever. It looks fabulous in that small space!

I was expecting needing tools to assemble this rack. I did not need them. You simply take it out of the box and open up the sides. It's so easy and it is gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this - I use it for towels and it really makes my bathroom look more luxurious.

Arrived very timely. Nice product but the paint job isn't that great. The item almost looks like it's rusty. It does look very nice in my bathroom as I am using it to roll up towels that match my color scheme.
Assembly was very easy!!! Took a matter of seconds. Didn't even need a man to set it up. Just unfold and click into place.
I did puchase a piece of smoked colored glass for the top shelf. It really should come with it. I needed the glass so I can place misc. bath items on top without them falling thru the open spaces.
Nice item and it will defineltly be put to good use!

Since I've only recently purchased this product, I can't really say about workmanship or longevity of it. However, it looks very similar to the picture and the dimensions are right on. It does look MUCH bigger in the picture than it actually is BUT I read that in one of the reviews prior to purchasing so I knew what to expect. I am VERY satisfied so far with this product and it arrived within 2 days of ordering.

this piece is well made, no assembly is needed; i put it at end of the counter, the space this piece created is amazing; I feel like i can use many of this kind in the house.
The color is subtle and nice, and space between layer is perfert for jars of different sizes.

Received the item quickly, setup was very easy, looks great. I am using it in my kitchen to hold cookbooks and the shelves aren't made to hold anything very heavy so I had to spread my books over the 2 shelves, but it works great for the spot I had and for the reason I wanted it. If you are trying to match the color with something you already have be careful as it isn't quite the same color it looks.. Workman ship only 3 stars due to fact the shelves not strong enough to hold 2 cookbooks that are 2.5 inches thick, plus perhaps 10 cookbooks that were less than 1 inch thick each.

I was quite surprised by the appearance of the rack. It is not as good of quality as I expected for the price. It was very easy to put together but I don't feel I got a great deal on this item. The finish was very rustic which was not indicated in the description on line -- rusty looking and not quite what I expected.

This was very easy to assemble and only took seconds. It looks nice in my guest bath and holds a couple of towels very nicely. I really like the small mirror. A good item for the money.
