great for the money
We have a Henredon couch that is old but awesome. It now resides in the den where the kids watch movies, eat snacks, and at night...the dog sleeps on it. The cream linen fabric is just beat and won't come clean. To boot, the dog thinks he's at a spa and nestles in to the back, pushing all the seat cushions and back pillows off. Every day I was putting it back together and gagging at the state of the upholstery. Reupholstering it or buying a new one just for the kids and dog to ruin it again didn't sit well with me but I hated the idea of having to tuck and fix a slipcover all the time. On top of it, the seat is comprised of three cushions; the ends being T-cushions. I was ecstatic to read that this cover would stretch to fit and it does very well! I have to admit that the color is so close to the original that I haven't even put the rest of the cover on the couch! Probably my favorite part of this is the fact that the bottom cover encloses all three seat cushions so they are no longer pushed off the couch every day just by sitting in it or the dog burying himself in it. The fabric has a small square waffle-type pattern on it and it's very soft like a cross between microfiber and velour, but not thick. So I love that it is soft and cozy for the kids to snuggle up on and watch movies. Yeah, and the dog I guess is comfortable too.

good fix for worn furniture
I ordered this slipcover for a sofa in my basement family room that gets a lot of use from kids, pets and misc visiting slobs. The fabric and fit are as described. I ordered it in a light color and it adequately covers the slightly darker fabric on the sofa. The fabric texture is nice. Overall, it looks pretty good and does what it was intended to do, i.e., covers the more worn fabric on an otherwise functional piece of furniture. I added some cute throw pillows to gussy it up a bit and it looks just fine!

Better Than Expected
This couch cover fit very well, was very soft, and the color was subdued. Overall better than what I expected!

No more re-tucking
Why didn't I buy an elastic slipcover before????? I have this one on my sofa (being used by 6 people) for 2 weeks now and only had to straighten it out ONCE!! It's just great!

sofa slip cover
The sofa slip cover did not fit my t-cushion sofa as indicated. Even though I measured my sofa, there was too much material left over to tuck into the coners.The slip cover could not be smoothed out thus looked wrinkled on my sofa. I will say that the slipcover was made of a nice quality material.

Great Product at an Excellent Price
I change out slipcovers with the seasons and I try to read the reviews before buying slipcovers. When reading the review of another brand of slipcovers, the Maytex brand was recommended. I decided to order the Maytex slipcovers in natural for my sofa and loveseat. I was more than pleased with my decision. The natural color is more of a cream color than beige which was stated in another review. The cream shade of natural is beautiful and was perfect for my color scheme. The fabric is stretchy enough to cover large pieces and thick enough to cover the dated dark burgandy and hunter green stripes. Great product at an Excellent Price!

Okay. Fabric is rather thin. Bought sofa & loveseat covers-only tried sofa cover on actual furniture-appeared to generally fit well. Color not as expected. Bought "natural" with picture looking like a beige. Actual color received looks like an ivory. Sending back.

Looks Great
This sofa cover exceeded my expectations. I have a very long sofa, so I was not certain it would fit...but it did with room to spare. It looks very neat and any excess fabric was easily tucked into the crevices so the fit looks perfect. The fabric is very soft and nice to the touch, plus it has a pattern/texture that gives it a quality look. I love the fact that the cushions have a separate cover from the sofa, so after use they can be straightened/smoothed without having to adjust the whole sofa. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent product and value!
I just purchased the Reeves Stretch 2-piece Sofa Slipcover for my sofa. I am SO PLEASED with this product! I have pets and they love to lay on the sofa, so it gets dirty and full of hair relatively quickly. I had been using a flat, one-piece sofa cover, but it didn't provide complete coverage, and it required constant tucking and re-adjusting after my family or the pets had been sitting on it. The Reeves Stretch 2-piece Sofa Slipcover is wonderful! Just as described, it stretches to fit over the entire sofa, even covers the back, and it does not require tucking and re-tucking after each use! I am absolutely sold on the fact that it's 2-pieces, and it fits my two extra thick seat cushions with a little room to spare! It was easy to tuck the 1-2 inch extra to one side, and the bottom portion covered neatly and completely. The slipcover makes my sofa look like brand new! The instructions are easy to follow, and the paper tabs/labels ensure that you put it on the sofa in the correct direction. I was able to put the slipcover on by myself, and got the two extra thick seat cushions into the second cover without a problem. The 2-pieces really help to avoid constant tucking and retucking becuase they stretch to fit nicely, and the covers stay put! The quality of the fabric is nice and soft, and it doesn't get little fuzzies on the fabric with use. I like it so much, I'm going to buy the matching chair slipcover! I highly recommend this product to give your furniture a new look, and to protect from family/pet wear and tear. I looked at a similar slipcover at Bed Bath and Beyond for $139.00. This one is a much better value!
