This set of flatware is most excellent, which is to be expected from Reed and Barton. The weight of the individual pieces is nice and heavy, nothing cheap feeling about it.

In short............ WOW!
Very substantial pieces of flatware...with a nice shine...but not that "fake" nice shine, of you know what I mean. My wife and I will use this for all our entertaining and dinner parties for out lifetime.
I did not rate "durability" since this is brand new for us...but I trust my 80 year old mother who also owns Reed & Barton dinnerware (since the 1950's) and if the way these look , feel and weigh is any indication, the durability of this flatware will also be 5 Stars.
I know it's said on websites all over, but the pictures here really do not do this flatware set justice. It is simply stunning!!!!! ..and at this price? the deal even floored me.
This is flatware you will hand down through the generations. Buy it !!
