I bought 4 chairs and 3 arrived safe and sound but the other....not so much. The chair was badly scratched and damaged. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement almost instantly. I love that! Only one box had instructions..well, half ripped instrutions so I just had to wing it. Overall, I do like the chairs but there were some issues. Customer service is amazing and they ship fast. I will continue shopping with overstock.
