Not 20 oz.
When I opened my delivery, I was disappointed to see that these were not 20 oz as advertised. That was the main reason I wanted them. Now I have to return them.

One of the boxes came with mismatched and broken mugs, but customer service sent a replacement set immediately.

disappointed
in less than 2 months 3 of 4 mugs are either chipped, one handle is coming off near connection t o the mug. i am the only person using them. they are hand washed. i am so disappointed in the quality. $xx down the drain.
