The first shipment came and it was a totally different product--a red shawl. The second shipment came and it was a set of mugs, full size (not espresso). I have not yet received the actual product, thus the low rating of quality and product. I am likely not going to purchase from O.com again as this was supposed to be a birthday present and it's now several weeks late. I'm sure the product will be lovely when I receive it.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Completely wrong! Received a shawl first, then full-size mugs. Still haven't rec'd the actual product
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I can't tell you about the product because I have not yet received it--It's 3 weeks late!
