Compressor
I was really looking forward to getting this compressor, but when it arrived there was no internal packaging such as styrofoam or anything around the unit. When it arrived and we opened it, it was damaged in several places. The heavy duty handle was bent, the pressure gauge was broken, the air filter unit in pieces. To our disappointment, we never got to use it or keep it. We had to return it. We would have like to order a replacement, but couldn't see how anything this heavy could survive the shipping process unprotected.

Poor shipping
First off, I have not used the compressor yet! It came in yesterday and I opened the box and there was oil everywhere! The compressor seems to be in good shape, though I have not had time to clean all the oil off of it, it does come with extra oil. It's a good thing. This is NOT a oil less compressor, it requires oil to run! The owners manual actually stated 2 different weights for summer or winter, another pain to think about, though I personally won't mess with it. It is also HEAVY, prob 50-60 pounds, so it's not a really easily portable unit. Plus side is it stated good air volume output. I will probably buy another smaller compressor for portability and use this mostly in shop.
