externally no damage, however internal wood door latch on right tower was broken in half. i had to repair wood block and replace metal latch.

This was quite a bit of work to put together. However, it was well worth it. After shopping a lot for entertainment units we found this one to be the best price. The wood is beautiful. It looks exactly like presented in the photo. A word of advise make sure your measurements are exact including the TV that you will use for this unit. It will not hold a TV more than 47 inches. If you have the correct space and TV size I don't think you will be disappointed.

This is unbelievable!! Love it, my Husband put lights in the unit also and it is great! The only thing is to be careful with the shipping. If you want any help at all order the white glove opption. Did not notice that when i ordered. I read other reviews on how wonderful delivery and set up was and did not realize there is an extra fee for in the door delievery. The company that came to our house would not pass a threshold. They left it in the drive way. Lucky I have 3 very strong boys so it was not a problem for me. I can see it being a problem for others. BUT I LOVE THE UNIT!!!

First - this item is a very pretty replacement of the old monstrosity I had for years. It's relatively easy to put together and I like the fact that it is in four units, 2 towers, credenza and top piece. That makes it easy to move around if necessary. Very solid construction. But I think what I liked most about this purchase was the client care I received. Because I had to make arrangements to work from home, I was very concerned when I saw the website showed the product was to be delivered tomorrow. I used Overstock's on-line chat to get information for the freight company delivering the product. The chat agent - I wish I could remember their name, made sure I had the correct information and explained to me the logistics of freight delivery from Overstock. I was able to get in touch with the freight company to get an exact date for delivery and the issue was solved.

We were totally amazed at the quality of this piece. Delivery in just over two weeks. We have been shopping for a long time and this was by far the nicest entertainment center for the money we found.

It's absolutely beautiful....Plus.... the fellows that came to deliver it were courteous, careful (and on time!) They really did do all the unpacking, and take away the trash. Setup was easy, since the side cabinets came already assembled, and the base was, too. We had to screw the feet on to the base of each piece, attach the shelf that joins the two cabinets, and sit the crown piece on it. Didn't take long at all, and compared to our *last* entertainment center, which required total assembly, an absolute dream. I'd recommend it for purchase to anyone.

I received this entertainment center a few weeks ago. The delivery was scheduled on my time schedule, the delivery people were great and the unit was ready to be used in 45 minutes. It is a very good quality piece of furniture and enhances my living room nicely. At first I was afraid because I have cherry furniture in this room, but it fits in nicely. Great value, heavy furniture and well made. The enclosed curio cabinets makes it a breeze to clean. Only wish it had lights in the curios, but that has been rectified.

Shipping for the entertainment center was very fast and assembly was easy. The unit came in four major pieces that were easily put together. It is a truly a beautiful piece of furniture and a good value.

My local furniture shop was selling ing for $3500 with no delivery! It was delivered from overstock for FREE!!!! and at a great price! The Color is beautiful and a lot of storage space...
