I was having a hard time finding a bookcase under the 24" width range. This is a perfect corner shelf unit. I love the openings in it, unlike many other solid corner bookcases...this still gives a lighter feel and provides storage.The veneer finish on it is thicker, closer to 1/4" on particle board...so it should withstand chipping more than most wood pieces in it's price range. The assembly is easy, all you need is a good screw driver, it takes about 45 minutes for one person. The finish product is sturdy and sleek. I'd recommend this anyone!
I really like this bookcase as it makes a great addition to any home entertainment or an addition to another big bookcase. The color is very nice and it is not heavy which is a good thing.

I wanted a bookcase that was conservative yet styless and this little display cabinet has it all. Assembly was very easy which was a BIG issue for me! I love how it is very simple yet elegant. I put all my science and bio books along with some decors on the shelves. Great design and I love it!
