when I opened the box with my new trunk I was very pleased at how well it would fit at the bottom of my bed. When I opened the actual trunk I was quite surprised to find a little trunk inside. I now have that little one in my living room and I keep life jackets and beach towels in there for the grandchildren. I live on a lake so its very handy to have storage for those items. The little trunk is a perfect size for two small grandchildren to sit on when we are having conversation, watching tv. or enjoying a fire. What a nice surprise.

This was a very nice product. They are sturdy and just the right sizes. We got the camel and it goes well with the decor. Happy with it and it's a good value

These trunks arrived quickly and were just as I expected. The larger is a perfect size coffee table/ottoman for my apartment living room and the smaller is serving as an end table. I was looking for a lighter color and different design to complement the dark wood in my living room and these were just the ticket. I think they are a great value.

I just received this set of trunks. The outward appearance is nice, however, the way it is put together is average at best. The bottom of the larger trunk is cracked which was disappointing. I would recommend the trunks to someone else, however, I would of course mention that the aren't as great as they look on the website.

I purchased the trunk in red, and the colors were exactly what is shown in the picture. It looks great at the foot of the bed as a storage place for blankets and such. Plus, as others have mentioned, there is a slightly smaller version inside the first which is good for a guest bedroom. The quality is good, but I would definitely not try to sit on it. The sides are a little thin and will bow out a little if you do. A child or someone less than 110 lbs could sit on it fine as long as they didn't jump around, but I don't think adults should try. I would definitely buy this again though.

These trunks were sent to my student son and his girlfriend in Florida to serve as decorative storage for their many shorts and t-shirts. They look great! No assembly was required.

I received my bench about a week after ordering & unfortunately it was the wrong color. I talked w/ the live on-line chat to discuss the returning procedure-which was effortless. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to lug this big box to a UPS- they did not pick-up from the house.When the new bench arrived approx 1 week later- I thought it was absolutely adorable!!! No assembly required. It came w/ another small bench inside it. We use them in the mud room to put all our many shoes in. Even though there was a mix-up w/ color- Overstock made it right & quickly. ! Thankyou !!!!!!

I was visiting a friend of mine for a weekend and she had a set of these in the spare bedroom to store extra towels and linens. When I returned home I immediately went online and ordered a set since I had already seen the quality and liked what I saw. I too use them to store extra linens, but I use the smaller one in the living room to store extra yarn. It also makes a good ottoman/foot rest in front of a love seat. I am actually going to order another set after I redo my living room.

I love the trunk I ordered. It fits beautifully as a coffee table, with a wooden tray on top, in my livingroom. However, there was something inside which was a total surprise. Maybe I didn't read the description close enough because there was a smaller, matching trunk. I have a lot of yarn I am using to make afghans or sweaters for my 5 grandchildren for Christmas, so all this extra storage worked out perfectly. Thank you, Overstock.com!

I received two, the one listed above, and a smaller one nested inside it. They look great, and are sturdy enough to sit on. The microsuede is decent quality, but the padding underneath it on the seat is very cheap feeling. I will probably replace it at some point. The bamboo is a thin veneer attached by wood staples to a pine frame, so the sides are not very durable. And it is not a very smooth finish, but you won't get splinters or anything.The interior is lined with more of the microsuede, covering the frame. All in all, about what you'd expect for the price.

this item was exactly as i expected and is a good place to store extra linens....which is what i bought it for...and it came very quickly when i ordered it and in good shape....

This bamboo hamper is attractive in my master bedroom, it has an extra large capacity and it also doubles as a padded bench. My chihuahua likes to sit on it.

The rectangular trunk with cushioned lid is the best storage product I ever seen. It's very functional but also very beautiful. I like the fact that you have an option to choose the lid color (red, green or yellow) so you match it with other things in the room. Highly recommended!
