I ORDERED THIS RECLINER ON A FRIDAY EVENING AND RECEIVED IT MONDAY AFTERNOON. OVERSTOCK IS A AWESOME COMPANY NEVER HAD A COMPLAIT WITH ANY THING I BOUGHT FROM THEM. THIS RECLINER IS AWESOME FOR WHAT I PAID FOR IT ($$$) AND IT WAS SO EASY TO PUT IT TOGETHER. I AM A SINGLE MOM SO I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT ALOT OF STUFF ON MY OWN. GREAT QUALITY FURNITURE. WHEN YOU SIT IN IT VERY COMFORTABLE BUT NOT MADE FOR SOMEONE OVER 200LBS OR YOU WILL BE SITTING ON THE ARMRESTS. MY KIDS LOVE IT TOO.
The chair is sleek and comfortable. It was very easy to put together, it came in two pieces.It doesnt take up much space.I may order another.
I purchased this chair from a well-known furniture store and paid double for it. When I wanted to purchase another for my country home, the price was a bit lower but the shipping was $300!! I checked Overstock and found the exact chair for half the price and FREE shipping! The pattern was different - even a bit much for my taste, but I thought I had nothing to lose, really. In fact, it is great looking, works perfectly with the rest of the den furniture, and is absolutely exactly like the first - double-priced - chair. Which is to say, pretty and not bulky, contemporary but mixes with traditional nicely, and VERY comfortable with great lumbar support. It's perfect!!
the first carton was damaged, but not the chair. some parts were missing and o.com worked with me diligently to get the required parts to me. i received an update every day on the status of the parts. once received, it was so easy to put together. i did it in about 15 minutes all by myself. the chair is so comfortable, and looks so nice in the living room. if my granddaugter beats me to it, I'm out of luck. Extremely nice chair, especially for the price. couldn't come near the price in any store.
My complaint is with the difficulty of getting the foot rest down and secure. The chair is smaller than I had hoped. Other than these two factors, the chair is fine and seems to be well made.
