    Pretty chair, nice fabric. Recliner could be more comfortable; locking mechanism does not work on the foot rest. It reclines just fine, but the foot rest will not stay down unless one gets up and pushes the foot rest with both hands until one hears a click. I returned the first chair because it had the same problem, and this chair is not better. If I did not have to pay for the return shipment I would send it back. My advice is NEVER buy furniture from this site and it is cheaply made in China!

    Great recliner for people who actually use their furniture and don't buy pieces just for looks. I got two, one for each teenage boy. They wear great and are very comfortable. There were a couple of scratches from shipping but nothing remarkable or worth returning them for.

    I almost didn't purchase this chair after reading a few reviews. I have to say I am so GLAD I purchased this chair. It was easy to put together. Took about a total of 4 minutes. I am 5'9" and fit in the chair perfect. I don't think the chair is "super soft" but I can tell the chair will soften up with use. I bought this as a mother's chair for my baby's nursery. I coulndn't be more pleased with the overall size and comfort for the price! + Free Shipping!

    This has been a hassle from start to finish. First the chair got lost in a warehouse for a couple days and did not arrive on schedule. Then it arrived without a remote control, which was supposed to come with it. The manual control is on the side and my 93 year old father has a hard time working it, because he can't see it and it's in an awkward spot. I was working to get the remote control shipped out to us and then today I went over there and the manual control does not even function. In addition, there was no manual or warranty information in the box. I'm very frustrated. I don't want to have to return such a large item. I wish I had never purchased this chair. To be fair, for the three weeks it worked, it is very comfortable and a nice looking chair.
