The fit, color, and overall look was great. However, I have cats and they snagged it even with trimmed nails. The whole point was to improve the appearance of a large recliner that the cats had already scratched and snagged. I think a large, heavy dog might tear the fabric too. I have cotton duck slipcovers on chairs that fared much better than this fabric. I recommend this item for people without pets. Pet owners --- I'd stay with twill or other cotton slip covers.

This slipcover arrived quickly, and once ironed, looks great on the chair. Be warned; you WILL need to press this. It is 100% cotton, and after being folded and folded again in the package, it is pretty messy. But once pressed, it went on easily and looks really nice. I am NOT a fan of slipcovers, but this breathed new life into a 20+ year old chair and is certainly more economical than replacing it.

I have been looking for chair covers for months now. This one caught my eye because of the style and the price. This is an excellent value for a chair cover, nicely made and fits well on my standard size wing chair. I did want a slip covered look not an upholstered look so this really works for me. I would describe the fabric as a light weight cotton duck without the stiff feel that most duck fabrics have. If you are looking for something cute and casual and don't want to spend a fortune this is a great option.

I have animals and purchased these to protect my furniture. I do not have T cushions on my wing chairs, but found that I could easily tuck the extra fabric into the sides of the chair cushions. My two wing chairs are of different sizes and overall shape and tese stretched over both quite nicely. I found that cat and dog hair comes off easily with a small upholstery vaccuum cleaner. They was well and dry quickly. I plan on purchasing another color. I find that the stretch covers seem to stay on and tucked in better than the other fabrics. (My cotton duck fabric sofa cover rides up in the back of the sofa). This was my first purchase of the stretch slipcover and I plan to order more.

Like a lot of people I have an older couch with recliners on each end. It was beginning to look a bit shabby and I want to get a slipcover, but I couldn't find anyone who sold a slipcover for a recliner couch. While reading product reviews I noticed that most slip covers for recliners come in 4 parts. Right and left arms, seat & foot rest and back. Realizing my couch was basically 3 recliners I purchased 3 recliner slipcovers. It worked out perfectly and I have a couple extra arm pieces, which is just fine by me and my cats. The slip covers themselves, matched the description very closely. The color was dead on. It took me about 15 minutes to put on the first set, after that it got much easier. My only suggestion to the manufacturer, I know that the licra/cotton blend makes it easier to initially cover the recliner and make it fit more recliners but, I would like it if it were a little more stiff. It might take longer to put on, but it would hold it's shape better. After a couple weeks the areas that get the most action have a few big wrinkles. But this is a minor quibble. Over all I am very happy with the product.

I like the rustic-y/beachy feel of the fabric. I wouldn't say its a potato sack at all! But it is also by no means silky. I love the color. I would say it is true to the picture online. I love the ruffles too! Great detail! Other reviewers wrote that it was terribly wrinkled, my experience was that it was just as wrinkled as one could expect cotton fabric to be when folded up into a small square. I was sorely disappointed by the sizing.I measured my chair-according the website it's a standard wing back and the cover should fit. The problem is that the arms on my chair must be abnormally small-and the seat cushion too. The space for the seat is very deep and the arm pockets are not only deep, but long....VERY LONG. I really like the slipcovers but the sizing is so strange. I will probably end up stuffing the arms just because I need my chairs slip covered and I don't want the hassle of sending them back/finding new ones. Overall, I would be 100% satisfied if the darn arms and seat just fit!
