The chair is a bit smaller than I thought and that was ok. The only thing that bothered me was there ain't that much padding on the chair, it was a little hard. But for what you pay it is a nice looking chair that works pretty well.

While the chair is just OK, Overstock's customer service is great. The chair will not stay locked in the reclining position and it is not meant for a tall person. The delivery was excellent and after a price adjustment I was satisfied.

Couldn't have been easier to assemble, takes a minute to slide pieces together. Nice quality and materials. The back is very firm, but no complaints because that is exactly the way my father in law likes it.
