I was looking or a jumbo muffin pan and decided to give this one a shot. I LOVE it. It is very easy to clean, I did not use paper cups. I washed in the dishwasher before using. I sprayed lightly with cooking spray and made pumpkin muffins, because I used brown sugar some of the sugar melted to the sides and I thought it would be difficult to get off and be baked on. NOT the case, it fell off simply with the touch of my fingers once the pan was cooling. I am looking forward to making corn muffins, blueberry, banana walnut, can't wait! My only regret is that I only purchased one!Read More

How to Care for Wooden Spoons
Wood has long been used for eating utensils, serving utensils and preparation tools. Wooden spoons are a cooking essential and also a beautiful addition to your kitchen and dining experience. On the practical side, these lightweight yet strong utensils are great for tossing salads and serving everything from mashed potatoes to green beans. Wooden spoons are also the perfect preparation tools for use with nonstick pans. Cleaning and general care of wooden spoons differs, however, from the cleaning and care of metal utensils. Wood expands in water, so soaking the spoons in dishwater is generally not advised. Aside from a few basic rules of care, however, it is not difficult to keep wooden spoons looking like new.
How to Buy a Wet Saw
A wet saw is a useful power tool for anyone who will be cutting tile. Wet saws achieve a clean cut without breaking the tile by using a diamond-encrusted blade that rotates the saw through a pan of water as it cuts. The water keeps the saw blade cool, which prevents tile breakage and helps protect the saw's motor. Some wet saws are also capable of cutting through dense metals and brick. For a single weekend project, renting a power tool such as a wet saw may be more economical than purchasing one, but if you'll be cutting tile more than a time or two, owning one of these handy power tools is worth the investment.
