Beautiful & useful
It looks exactly as pictured. The flames are great and go out slowly like a real fire would. The fire actually looks three dimensional. It did have instructions on putting together which were a little confusing to us since it only had pictures. We were lucky and had a friend who worked in a furniture store put it together for us. It did come with a few little scratches in the wood. Nothing that a little shoe polish won't be able to take care of. We love the heat it generates, or even just looking at it without a heat feature. It warms our master bedroom really well. We love the timer and remote control. Note, however, that it is only a timer to go off, and not one that can be set to come on in the morning to take the chill out of the air. It is pretty quiet so you do not really hear it when it is on or when it shuts off. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who wants to warm the room and add great atmosphere to the room.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. It had to be put together which would have taken some time since the instructions are just in pictures. Thank goodness we had a friend to put it together. There were a few scratches, but nothing a little shoe polish can't fix
