  • Dark Expresso Gel Fireplace

    It indicated it came with 2 logs, but I only received 1 long one - maybe this is a misprint in the instructions?? It was a PAIN to put together and came in 3 separate boxes... Once completed, its gorgeous! The shelves on the sides are limited in with, so I ended up buying a smaller receiver, but I guess I needed an upgrade anyways. :) Based on the ease-ability of scratching the top surface, I would recommend mounting your TV on the wall over this vs. using a stand as shown in this picture.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? perfect - goes absolutely perfect with my red mahogany wood floors!
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is good, but top seems to scratch easy
    • How accurate was the on site description of the product? good - Its looks soooo good once it is actually completed.
    • Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes

  • Excellent customer service

    This is the BEST company to work with! Within 15 minutes of purchasing this fireplace online, I decided to get a huge wall unit from another store. I had "buyers regret" as they call it. This would have been perfect, except for the fact I went BIGGER, to cover the whole wall. I suppose since I haven't taken advantage of the company, they were willing to give me 100% of my money back and since it had already processed and prepped for shipping, they even paid for the return shipping. I cost the company money from this transaction, but because they are such a good company to work with, I've spent hundreds of dollars on other merchandise while redecorating my house. This is the BEST online company to work with! Absolutely the best!
