  • sharp looking piece

    quality for an expesnive piece is lacking. there was atleast one chip in the wood nothing worth sending it back for. screw holes did not line up. they were missing a few rivets. tiles are not perfect. overall nice piece with a few touch ups and puts out a good amount of heat.

Our fireplaces, electric or gel, are not made as a main heating source. The electric fireplaces put out a max of 4780 BTUs, which roughly heats a 12’x12’ room. The Gel fireplaces can put out a total of 9000 BTUs all together, so does heat more. overstockcustomercare1 on Dec 18, 2012

The max BTU is 4780. The glass does stay cool since the blower is at the top of the unit. and there is also an automatic timer to shut off the unit. overstockcustomercare1 on Nov 28, 2012
