The value was great. I went straight to the product's web site and the light on sale was $100.00 more. My husband put it up pretty easy. The only thing I was alittle disappointed in was the glass part, I didn't realize it was painted on finish. It looks great in my entry hallway, just wish the glass chandlier part wasnl't quite so shiny.
When I first saw and ordered this I was so excited-the price and appearance seemed perfect. However, the finish was not bronze but black and the glass pendant has a painted on finish that looks nice but scratches off easily. The pimple (threaded tube that holds it all together) was too short and wouldn't have worked anyway as the threads were not continous. I did keep this item as I hate to return things but it required several new parts and some very careful handling. The metal parts are wrought iron black but the style is cute so I'm living with it.
