I needed 4 of these shades,they where 2 inches longer then my windows. and they look custom made. you can see threw them just enough to see whats going on and yet let light in. But gives us enough privacy. rich looking. Everything i have gotten on Overstock.com i have been Happy With. these shades do let light in .in which i wanted. it is not a solid shade. they made the entire living room. very happy. easy to install.

The blind is much more see through than I thought. It offers little to no privacy. You can see a lot of light that shines through at night and in the daytime.

On site description was so accurate that when they say 46 inches wide it is EXACTLY that. I measured my windows at exactly 46 as well so I had to trim them by 1/2 inch so they would move up and down freely. It was fairly easy to adjust and the installation was equally as easy if you have ever installed anything that needed to be measured. The hardware allowed a bit of wiggle room for my rather rapid installation. Thank you for a beautiful product it provided one of the final touches to my newly remodeled kitchen!

I have to say the picture doesn't do it justice and after reading another reviewer mention that it had a purple hue to it, I was expecting the worse but I was pleasantly surprised! It looks like it should cost twice the price. the reds and browns are deep and rich, with just enough variation to make them unique. I have an old 70s kitchen and just a fresh coat of paint and these blinds have made all the difference in the world.

They look real nice, and installation is a breeze... very much a quality product
These shades look so excellent in my bathroom! They turned out to be the perfect color which you cannot always be sure of from a picture on-line. They were easy to put up and had all the hardware and instructions needed. The only thing that was disappointing was how see through they are. It really was wishful thinking to think they were not, so we had to hang an additional curtain behind them on a tension rod. Love they way they look!
