Nice product, great price
Bought these shades for my daughters room. I love the look. She likes them, but wishes that they were room darkening. They are on windows that face north, so the room is dark enough for her to sleep in. The hardware on them works fine. Had someone else install them for us, so I don't how difficult they would be to install. I will say that it took less than 2hrs for the guy to install them for us. TP

LOOKS LIKE A TROPIC ISLE
These blinds were well packaged...very heavy, which is good. I wish I knew about Overstock.com before I spent a fortune on blinds that aren't as well made. The shading of colors is terrific. They were east to hang, according to he who does all of this type of work. I purchased these for a contemporary house on a lake, but they would look good in most houses, except colonial. The fit was perfect--we ordered the size the closest to the window size and they fit well. If you are looking for a great looking bamboo blind, I would suggest these. They are not flimsy. They are attractive and the price is good.

Does the job!
Great price for hard to find width. Installed on my front door. Filters light well but a bit see-through (as described). Shipped and received in just a couple of days. As for color, there seems to be a purple undertone, but works well in my home as all the other blinds are ivory . This adds a bit of character.

Good buy
I thought these were a good deal for the cost. They look very nice and were easy to hang. The only thing to know is you not only can you see out through the blind you can also see in through the blind. The wooven bamboo material does not provide total privacy but it's not an issue as we live against a wooded area.
