Item was purchased as a Christmas gift and the non stick surface is the poly toxic type, not the cerramic. The gift was returned to me and I was going to return the item to overstock. Customer service told me that the item was non-returnable and it said so in the product info. I pulled the item up and it does not state that it is non returnable. If you buy something from overstock, beware that the item may not be returnable. It will not happen to me again, I will shop eslwhere.

My new pans came to my home very quickly. I used them the day I got them.. They are very light snd very nonstick. Glad I bought them. Would definitely buy from Overstock again.
