They're a hoot!
I ordered these and thanks to UPS, they arrived broken. I called Overstock and they informed me they were out of stock. After a lovely chat with the rep he said he'd talk to the warehouse and see what they could do. To my surprise they were able to find another set for me and didn't ask for me to return the broken ones. We were very pleased because this was one of our daughters Christmas gifts. Their customer service is excellent!
