I needed a HARD-anodized 3 qt. sauce pan to replace a worn out cheapo, but I did not need a complete set. This search was far more difficult than expected. I found that 2.5 and 3.5 qt pots are apparently "IN" and readily available but a quality 3 qt. was hard to find until I searched Overstock. The insulated handles get warm but not hot and the lid handle is riveted to the glass so there is no place for moisture or food debris buildup. I'm pleased that Rachael Ray puts her name on only quality kitchenware unlike some named chefs who are just chasing a buck.
