Just What I Wanted If you only want to fry 6-7 pieces of bacon at a time this is perfect. I have not tried it for a sandwich yet but will do that today. I have no doubt it will work well. The pan is a little light weight for my taste and it could be a couple of inches bigger, but all in all it was a good buy, The glass press works well and cleans up with ease. I like it well enough that I may buy another for those days when the family gathers and everyone wants a BLT.
