The disappointing outcome for me was the items were perfect for my needs, but a bowl in the bottom of the box was broken due to poor packing in between the items ordered. I believe this breakage could have been prevented by adequately packing around the boxes to prevent any movement that puts items at risk of a break during the shipping process.
