    the pitcher says it all they only fit in each other a little so when stacked on top of each other they are a little high so to be safe we only stack them two at a time any higher they seam a little unsteady other than that they are great I my self like a slightly bigger bowl so I can put the amount I want in it these are perfect for soup, salad, ICE CREAM LOTS OF ICE CREAM HA HA

Thank you for your interest in the Rachael Ray Double Ridge Blue Cereal Bowl set and to answer your question about these being microwave safe, yes, the porcelain is microwave safe but to just be sure, it will say on the bottom of the dinnerware or A lot of potters use this test for their wares: fill your bowl/cup/etc. with water, and put it in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. If the bowl heats up to the point where it's uncomfortable to hold, you probably don't want to use it in the microwave. But if the water is heated up and the bowl is handleable then you are safe to use it in the microwave daily. I hope this information was helpful and do not hesitate to ask more questions.
