I compared this bed to a sleep number bed. It is similar, but the price was a lot less. I am happy with my purchase. The bed is very comfortable. The noise level when adjusting the air compared to a sleep number is a lot louder. It sounds like you are turning on a vacuum cleaner, but I don't adjust it that often so it is not too annoying. Another slight problem is that I get in a lot on the one side and the side seems to sag a little, but nothing major. There are a few minor things but overall I am very happy with this queen size bed.

We felt a little overwhelmed when we opened the box but the bed went together pretty easily! We LOVE it. It's just as comfortable and well made as the $1,400 one we almost purchased locally! This bed is a steal at the Overstock price. I'd reccomend it to anyone who has sleep problems.

I bought this bed because of the great price. It was very easy to set up. This is the best sleeping mattress I have ever slept on! I sleep all night, I don't toss and turn. If I do wake up because of pain all I do is adjust the firmness and wallaa I go right back to sleep and sleep great! I would highly recomend this mattress to anyone. It is so good and is so inexpensive I bought a nother one for my RV. I wouldn't sleep on anything else after experencing this mattress............ I love it!

My husband wanted a sleep number bed & I wanted a Tempur Pedic bed. Both were out of our price range.We found the perfect solution with the queen size air bed sleep system mattress! It is both, an air bed that is topped with memory foam.Independent controls let me adjust my side the way I like it (firmer), while my husband prefers his side more medium firm. The instructions to assemble were clear & easy to follow. I did it myself in under an hour & it was ready to sleep in. It is the most comfortable bed we ever owned & its like sleeping on a cloud! It was a great value & worth the price. For the month we have had it, I have not had leg or hip pain,as I had in our former bed. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great night's sleep!

Within a few weeks of purchase, we were wishing we hadn't invested to money in this cheap immatation! It leaks and is no where near comfortable. Save your money and go to a store where you can actually test the mattress before you buy it.

I was a little skeptical when ordering, bur am even more skeptical of high-priced sleep systems with their own stores with sleep systems costing hundreds to thousands in dollars. Arrived in good shape. Instructions were good. Put together in less than an hour. Love the bed and the sleep! Only complaint...the side (s) tend to breakdown where you get in and out of bed. its really a great bed. got rid of all my back problems. THe only problem i had with it is that both zippers broke when i was trying to zip it up. that was pretty gross, but it doesnt make it any less comfortable.Definitely a steal for the price!

I am finally getting a good nights sleep. However, the side rails (foam) are pretty usless. They sag and don't seem to serve any purpose which makes the bed look bad. But for the price, so far so good.

I read the fantastic reviews and decided to buy the mattress. It arrived quickly and I put it together with no major problems. I was happy that it didn't have the bad smell others wrote about. It came together quite nicely... so far so good. First night sleeping on it was a pleasant experience, then one side started deflating by itself. Slowly, but every night it needed to be refilled. I'd say that for durability and longevity this mattress is not the best choice. I need to return it and Overstock was more than accommodating to facilitate that.

The mattress arrived quickly and I let it air out for a few days. The assembly was simple. It feels great to relax on and my husband loves the mattress. I just can't seem to get it firm enough for me. I inflated the air on my side as far as I could with out popping it. It really feels great when I go to sleep, but when I wake up in the morning, my back is in a lot of pain. I tried it at medium softness (50%) full and medium firm (75%) full, but those settings really hurt my back. I do sleep well on it and I go to bed pain free, but seem to wake up with a stiff middle/lower back. We have slept on the mattress for two and a half weeks, so I am hoping my back can adjust. I have always slept on an extra firm mattress and never had back pain. I can say that the foam stays cool all night. If I could remove the foam top on my side of the bed it would probably feel more like what I am used to.

If you truly need pressure-point relief to sleep well, this is not the mattress you need.After much trial and error, I found I could sleep better on a good camp air mattress with low pressure than on a good mattress with a 4" memory foam topper, so searched for a good air-adjustable sleep system. Two design issues limit the value of this mattress. The 3" memory foam is under a stiff quilted fiber-fill mattress top that prevents the gentle pressure-point relief of the memory foam. The memory foam is not attached to the sides, so in the morning I have to pull it back into place. If the top of the mattress was of a stretch material I would be pleased with this mattress. As it is, it is more like sleeping on a hammock than on an air mattress. It doesn't suit my sleep needs.

There were absolutely NO instructions included with this mattress. Crazy not to have instructions. I figured it out .The zippers are weaker than ones on a sweater. I was disappointed in the zippers and one of them actually broke with trying to squeeze the foam in to close it together. It feels good to sleep on though.I bought a deep mattress cover (20') and it makes it even more comfortable. Too big to be handled by just one person.

We have only had this bed for about 2 weeks now, but it appears to be working just great. It's a lot less expensive than the popular name brand adjustable beds that are being advertised. Ease of use of the adjustable controls are excellent. We are using an existing queen size bedframe and it fits just right. Set up time was about 1/2 hour once you unpacked the bedding from the shipping box. The bed was well packed and in a very sturdy shipping box. I do recommend that 2 people handle the box once it is received especially if you have to move it around once indoors. The bedroom is up stairs so it took both my wife and I to get it up the stairs. The UPS driver was struggling a little to get it to our door. Overall I would highly recommend this bed to anyone who wants to save a bundle of money and get a quality bed without all the hype.

You can really believe all the reviews! I did and ordered my new bed, which was delivered in less than a week. We have been sleeping on this bed for about a month and I have zero complaints. I even ordered one for my parents!

We purchased this mattress about a month ago. We had a fairly new (and expensive) innerspring mattress, which had not been comfortable for the past year or so and sunk toward the middle. This mattress is great and we are both amazed how well we sleep. My husband likes a firmer mattress so this works well for him, and with now being 8 months pregnant, it is nice to be able to adjust from somewhat firm to softer, whatever the needs are for the day. Neither of us wake up during the night like we used to, which often poses a problem with baby pushing into my bladder and when I do finally wake up, it is a mad dash to the bathroom! Overall we are really satisfied with the mattress, shipping was fast (and free!), set up was easy (my three year old and I did it) and except for the smell, which lingered for 2-3 weeks (with the windows open and ceiling fan running all day) it is great!

I really like this bed. I had a new mattress but came to realize it was too soft and I was waking up with back pain, especially if I was sleeping on my stomach. My husband had no complaints and likes a softer mattress. So this mattress solved the problem, I can firm up my side and he can soften his. The one complaint is the smell - be prepared, I actually thought we had a dead mouse in the room until I realized it was the mattress. It took about a month for the smell to totally disappear. It was especially bad if you left for the day and couldn't leave a window open and the ceiling fan on. Assembly was a little difficult but now that its together and the smell is gone - I can recommend it.

I can't believe I got this sleep system for less than $500.00! The construction is of excellent quality, and the mechanics of the air system are on par with the one that costs more than $1000.00. I put it together by myself with no problems in about 1.5 hrs. ( I am not a big strong girl either) I love having the option to change the firmness of the mattress in a matter of seconds whenever I want to. I was hoping for a little less partner movement of the bed when sharing, but it is a decrease in movement by at least 50%, which is a huge improvement over a standard mattress. I am sleeping WAY better than I ever have on any other mattress. I am lucky I got this when I did for such an amazing price! LOVE it.

This bed is sleep tastic! WOW is all I can say! Unless you have money to burn, this is the bed to buy if you are looking for the air matress (sleep number) type of mattress! It was delivered fast and had clear directions for putting the bed together. I like a soft bed and my husband likes it firm. We have found perfection for a price we are both smiling about. Thanks Overstock for making this available at a price we can live and eat with!! Just goes to show you don't have to spend 2000$ on a mattress to have a good night sleep!
