I bought these as a house warming gift for a friends new very contemporary apartment. When he opened it my other friend asked if the bowls were by Nambe. They look that nice.

This pair of metal bowls with the purple enameled interiors are exactly as advertised and are very sleek looking. They are perfect for a room with modern decor or to jazz up a buffet table. Be aware: you'll be hard pressed to match them with anything else because of the unique color (although they are currently contrasting nicely with a pair of bamboo ginger jars in turquoise and green that I also picked up on Overstock), so scope out a bare shelf or table top OR plan to set an eclectic table! P.S. I gave "Durability" 5 stars because they certainly seem substantial and durable. However, since I only received them about two weeks ago, I can't honestly say for sure.

I purchased some other colorful bowls from Overstock to set up for a party. I used this purple set for chips and dip. It was a beautiful compliment to my table setup. The purple color is rich and bold. This set is highly recommended.
